Summer Workouts

  • Summer Workouts Begin May 29th in the sports club ( CAMPUS Gym)
  • The times we meet are 9:00am or 8:00pm ( two session to fit individual availability)
  • We wont begin workouts on the field until Mid July ( power phase)
  • You have to buddy with a work out partner through out the summer
  • It is important that you are consistant with these work outs to see results.
  • Weekly workouts will be posted throughout training cycles.
