Advance Your Potential with Volume Intensity.

Join Coach Lundy in Volume Intensity filled with Plyometrics, Strength Training, and Speed Training.

 It is designed to help athletes prepare for their upcoming track & football seasons. 

Each week works on specific training techniques that complement each other.  The skills you learn each week will gradually increase your skills as a sprinter.

In addition to track training, athletes will receive Plyometrics and weight training throughout the course of program.

All speed training will be held at San Jose City Colleges world class track facility.

Program Schedule

 

Training Schedual

Session 1

Form and Endurance

    • Training is dedicated to conditioning; most of these workouts are at a tempo pace focusing on proper sprint form and technique.

Session 2

  • Sprint Mechanics
    •  Training focuses on sprint mechanics and speed.  Your training volume will decrease but your training intensity will increase.

Test Week

Session 3

  • Maximum Velocity
    • Training focuses on increasing Maximum velocity.  Main emphasis is increasing Maximum Velocity Techniques.

Final Test Week

  • Race Specific training
    • 100m, 200m, 400m strategy breakdown

 

Camp Fees

 

The entire camp is priced for the three sessions shown in the schedule. 

Each session is 3 weeks long.  Sessions are priced individualy.

Teams:   All educational institutions                          

  • $100 ( per athlete) for 3 sessions

Individuals ( all ages):    Regular athletes

  • $150 for 3 sessions

Cost per session:

  • $40.00 (team athletes) per session
  • $60.00 (regular athletes) per session
