Runner workout three days per week: 

monday 10:30am, wednesday10:30am, Friday 11:30am

Throwers workout four days per week:  Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri @ 5:30pm

Practice Scheduel

  • Sprinter Practices are at 2:30pm Monday-Friday
  • Throwers will follow the strength training program in the sport club
  • Long distance will meet at 2:30  Monday-Friday
